Hi, I’m Carol! I am so glad to be a part of the Trinket Trunk Design Team! I think this is a wonderful venue. The nice thing here is that these items are not mass-produced so you won’t see ten other people wearing your bracelet necklace or earrings.

  My passion for beads began very innocently. A friend at work made me a beaded lanyard. I thought to myself, “I could do that.” So I bought a few beads (make that a few hundred!) and the obsession took hold.

  I am an empty nester with a super husband who indulges my passions for various crafts. We share our home with three dogs and two cats. One of our cats, Puff, is no problem but I do find beading a challenge with my brat cat, Miss Kitty around. Kitty is convinced that all of these beads are toys that I have brought home just for her. My only defense is to get them strung so she can’t bat them under the sofa or the fridge.

  My designs are usually one of a kind and I like to combine different textures and colors into my pieces.
