We have our favorite little bead havens here in SA, but we also scour the Internet to find new and different quality beads and
findings.
What's so special about Swarovski?
Swarovski Crystals are machine manufactured using a technique the is patented by Swarovski. This process means the facets are are crisp and perfect. If you could compare Swarovski Crystals with Czech Glass beads under a microscope you would clearly see the difference. That doesn't make
Czech Glass less beautiful, but Swarovski Crystals have that extra sparkle that only
their process can create. You wont need a microscope to see the extra fire and brilliance!
What is Aurora Borealis Finish?
This is a coating on beads that adds even more flashy color as it reflects the light with a prism effect. It is quite lovely.
What happens if my jewelry breaks? Our
pieces are crafted with sturdy quality findings. With normal wear, this
should never be a problem. However, if your piece breaks within 30 days of
receipt, simply return it to us and we are happy to replace it, (if
possible) or give you a full refund less shipping.
Do you do custom work? If so, what do you charge?
We can, in many cases, create a custom piece for you. For example if you see a bracelet you like, but want a different color, or if you want to ask for a particular type of bead in a
piece, let us know. We will do our best to make something that you will love. Feel free to contact any of our Designers or Guest Designers for an estimate of price.
I love your earrings, but I don't have pierced ears. Do you have any
clip-ons?
Trinket Trunk Designers are happy to replace the findings of a pair of earrings to meet your particular needs or taste. If you need clip-on earrings let us know. We will be happy to change them for you, and will let you know if the price changes. If
the earrings you are interested in are from a Guest Designer, you may
contact them directly to see if this option is available.
