How to Order

Click on the "Add To Cart" button. You will be taken to your shopping cart where you can see your item. At that point you can Check Out, or you may continue shopping. At any time you may click on "View Cart" to see what you have ordered so far.

Bonnie's and Suzanne's items will not show up in the same shopping cart. Please order and pay for our items in separate Shopping Cart sessions. Your extra shipping charges will be refunded. 

A Note About Availability

All items are subject to availability. Some pieces are one-of-a-kind. Others can be reproduced. To save on costs, which we in turn pass on to you, we use a Shopping Cart that does not remove an item from inventory when it is ordered. We do our very best to update items as soon as possible after they are ordered.

In the event that more than one order is placed for an item that is not readily available, the buyer will be notified via email and offered the option to choose a different item, choose to delay shipping until an item can be reproduced, or choose a full refund.

Payment Methods

We prefer to exclusively receive payment thru PayPal. PayPal is a safe secure way to transfer funds. Using PayPal is 100% free of charge for you, the buyer, and allows you to use a Major Credit Card, Debit Card, or transfer funds from your Personal Checking Account.  

Great news! You do not have to have a PayPal Account to pay using PayPal! You can use a Major Credit Card or transfer funds from your personal checking account. There is no easier or safer way to transfer funds!

Buyer is responsible for shipping charges. For US addresses, we will combine all items paid for in a single order for a flat rate of $1.50.  We ship all items in a padded envelope by USPS to assure your beautiful new jewelry arrives safe and sound.

Please note: Shipping can only be combined on items paid for in one purchase. Please wait to pay until you have finished shopping.

Bonnie and Suzanne can easily combine all their items for a flat rate of $1.50. However our items cannot be added to the same shopping cart. If you would like to order from both of us, please order and pay for our items in separate Shopping Cart sessions. We will then refund the extra shipping. 

Our Guest Designers are considered Independent Contractors, therefore orders placed for their goods will be shipped by them and will incur separate shipping charges. Please order and pay for Guest Designer items separately.

Of course we will happily ship outside the US but this will require additional postage charges which will be invoiced separately. If you want shipment to a foreign address, use the Check Out System. You will be sent a separate invoice for additional shipping charges.

Items will be shipped within 72 hours after your payment clears. Please allow 5-7 days for delivery.
